Third-party inspection, training, calibration and ISO support services are delivered under individual service agreements that state scope, schedule, fees and payment terms. Certification decisions for management-system standards rest with the relevant accredited certification bodies; training approvals rest with the relevant UAE authorities (such as ACTVET). We coordinate and support these processes but do not guarantee outcomes that are the legal prerogative of those bodies.
