Quality International Certifications (“QIC”, “we”, “us”) is a third-party inspection, training, calibration and ISO certification support company based at Office 15, Building 1, Musaffah 35, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, serving industry across all seven Emirates since 1998. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every page of this website, including our blog guides and all language versions.

We collect only the data needed to answer your enquiries and to keep this website working well:

• Contact data you give us: your name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email address, company name and the details of your enquiry when you message us, request a quote, or use our chat assistant.
• Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referring page, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health or ID documents) through website forms. Quote and engagement paperwork is handled through our official channels after direct contact.

Data may be processed on servers outside the UAE; where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy quality-record requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including access limits on our official communication channels. No internet transmission is ever perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential documents through public website chat.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for contact.
